Cost

Cost per cyclist (including all meals and accommodation at guesthouses, guides plus trailing vehicle, excluding restaurant lunches and alcoholic beverages) varies according to number of nights, trail details and group size.

2023 fees per person sharing: min of 8 max of 14 in 9 bedrooms, includes all guiding, luggage transport, meals (excl booze): R9 000/person for 5 nights.

Bike Hire

GKC has“ 6 x 29” Ebikes with 300W motors at R350/day and 5 x 29” MTBs for hire at R200/day.

Terms

GKC requires a 50% deposit to confirm a booking. The balance of the fee is payable at least two months before the start of the trail. No refund of deposit if cancellation within 10 days of start dates of trail.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NOBODY WILL BE PERMITTED TO CYCLE ON GKC TRAILS WITHOUT FIRST SIGNING AN INDEMNITY FORM. GKC DOES NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR GUESTS’ BIKES.
